BOULDER, COLORADO - Pastor Todd Garcia has been pastoring New Life Church for about ten years. He has enjoyed pouring his life into his congregation: praying with them, weeping with them, serving God with them. But last week, in the middle of night, Pastor Garcia had a vision.

"I was about to go to sleep and decided to surf the web for a little bit, and I went to one of my favorite sites, Relevant Magazine. As I was reading one of their articles, this thought hit me: you have spent your time serving the body of Christ for ten years. What about the non-Christian people? Who pastors them?"

"I am starting a church for non-Christians so they too can experience the love of God they don't want to experience."

Pastor Garcia started to think about that and meditate on that. And after a few minutes he felt he was being lead to stop pastoring Christians and start pastoring non-Christians.

"I was thrilled!", Pastor Garcia said. "I mean think about it. We Christian ministers have spent so much time edifying the body of Christ, we haven't spent much of our time edifying the non-body of Christ. I think Jesus would want us as pastors to devote our lives to people that have no interest in Christ."

Pastor Garcia added, "I am starting a church for non-Christians so they too can experience the love of God they don't want to experience."

He plans on informing his congregation of his decision this Sunday.
