CLEVELAND, OHIO - The last night of the Republican National Convention was filled with memorable moments and excitement. But nothing was more telling about the state of the GOP than when Peter Thiel gave his speech declaring that "The GOP is coming out as the Democratic Party of 10 years ago."

The crowd erupted with joy and great applause. There was a standing ovation. The People were thrilled!

"Every political party has a unique identity. I am proud to be a Republican, which now means I am a Democrat of 10 years ago. Who knows, maybe 10 years from now, I will be a Democrat of today!"

The crowd roared! Many notable Republicans went on record saying, "We too are progressive, just 10 years behind the Democratic Party."

CNN reported today that this was the first time in the party's history where someone actually came out on the stage of the Republican National Convention to "come out" as a Democrat of 10 years ago.
