JACKSONVILLE, FL - Sermon about the blessings of unity preached to two different congregations: one traditional, one contemporary, this past Sunday.

Pastor John Davidson of United Methodist Church preached from Psalm 133, "Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!", he boldly proclaimed to the old folks in the traditional service.

Noticeably missing was the other part of his church, the contemporary worshippers. They would have to wait until 11:00 am to hear the same sermon on the blessings of unity in the body of Christ, separate from their traditional brethren.

He continued to preach on the importance of unity and how we come together on the Lord's day to worship him, yet as two different groups of people on Sunday morning.

"This is why we are called the United Methodist Church", the pastor said as he concluded his sermon on unity in two separate services to two separate congregations.
